A Way Towards Love.
Wise men say only fools rush in, but I can’t help falling in love with you.
She loves coffee, I love tea; she loves Marvel Productions, I love the world news; she loves reading, I love audios; she loves the beach, I love the bustling life of a restaurant. Everything we have in common are totally different in ways so diverse. But somehow, she’s my first thought when I wake and my last when I go to bed, and in my dreams I hear her rare laughter and see her walking with head bow. From the first day I’ve known her I’ve been so interested in her, if I’m falling for her or she just tickles my fancy, I really do not know but everyday with her is intriguing.
Her picture’s so perfect no need for filters; her craziness is the juice of her, how she’s different from her kind is probably why I love her. Thinking about her now, i definitely love her just in a way so special yet so rare.
I didn’t know about her love for coffee in a day. She always ordered for coffee whenever we went to the cafe shop around 2nd street and the last time I invited her and served her juice, she requested for coffee instead. Or is it her love for marvel productions, they are her superheroes; she describes every scene with so much enthusiasm, I listened though bored by it.
Interestingly, her interests have become mine. I can’t remember the last time I watched the news, I’ve been on Netflix to see major marvel productions. I’ve come to love the serenity of the beach she loves so much more than the bustling life of the restaurant. And you know what? I think I love her interests more than mine, a day without knowing more about what interests her looks like an empty day.
I told her one time about my feelings for her when I wasn’t sure, she laughed and said same thing. How about now? Does she love me now?.
A claim of love by God for man was expressed in the way I love her, some 2000 years ago, just in a way different from mine. To get to know man, God came in flesh; to get to love man, he experienced life as they did and to crown it all, he protected man with his life.
Maybe, just maybe, the way to learn love is to seek out the uniqueness of your friend, continuously. Maybe the way to really express the love you claim to have is to see things the way your friend does.
I am not every human, so I can’t tell you that you will definitely get your love reciprocated, but I can tell you that the way to love by God has been rewarded since then till now.
If you don’t get the love you want, you will get a human forever. Whichever way, you will get something valuable and that’s worth the try.
